Research Interests and Professional Activity:

 

    Consultation with area employers and employees regarding the design, implementation and evaluation of effective human resource practices and policies, especially those involving selection, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.

 

    The development, validation and use of implicit measures of psychological attributes of interest in organizations, including those related to integrity/character, emotional intelligence, organizational climate, social attitudes, and other personality traits.
