The Ramparts Scandal

The Los Angeles Police Department covers many neighborhoods. Ramparts is one of them. The police station at Ramparts is also the base of operations of a gang unit known as CRASH (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums). There used to be several CRASH units throughout the city.
