In the figure below, two circles are shown. The diameters of the circles are AD and AE and O is the center of the larger circle. The lines OC and OE are perpendicular. The intersection of the smaller circle and OC is B and the intersection of the smaller circle and OE is D. If the length of BC is 6 and the length of DE is 10, what are the radii of the two circles?
